Complaint: The company installed a window well drain and sealed around the hole that they drilled into my basement concrete wall with caulk which is not to code and is causing water to leak into my basement. The PVC that they ran is also leaking at one of the joints due to an incorrect glue which is also leaking and causing damage to my basement. Desired Settlement: I would like an immediate repair to the incorrectly installed drain as well as a written guarantee that the repair is warranted from the date of repair otherwise I will take the company to court and sue for a complete refund, damages and legal fees.
