Business ProfileforEstablishing Firm Foundation Waterproofing

I hired this company to fix some water seepage issues in my basement. They finished on April 20th. Paid in full $6700. A week or so later it rained again and there is still water coming out of all the places he was supposed to fix. I contacted him immediately. He told me he would be back out to figure out what happened. He asked me to be patient and that he was finishing other jobs but assured me he would take care of it. Now its been almost 2 months. He has not returned my phone call, has not been back to my house and now wont respond to my messages. I paid him on time and in full but I still have the same problem. He even charged me extra on top of our original contract because they had to remove extra concrete . Now I have to seek out someone else to come and actually fix the problem when Ive already paid this company. I want them to come back and fix the problem or refund me so I can find a business who will do it right. I dont have money growing on trees and I also have children in my home and dont want to develop issues with mold. Someone please help me to get this man to come finish the job or give me some money back.
