Complaint: The seller's product failed when water leaked through their seal. So I called for them to remediate and was promised two different visits now. On which neither occasion "All-Dry of Chicago" came. I am now facing water damage to my finished basement I invested in on the good faith that the seller had protected my foundation the first time.
Desired Settlement: The honoring of their warranty in remediating my foundation crack due to their material and workmanship. Or my money that I spent ($300) back.
Business Response: I had repaired the foundation crack back in October instead of return the cost of the original invoice of 300.00. I have not heard from ***** ******* since.i could be reached at ************ ***

Complaint: I have called *** the owner about a leak in my basement that they have repaired in the past. He has been giving me dates for which he stated that somebody will be out to fix the problem and they never show up or even call. Now he is not even returning my phone calls.
Desired Settlement: I will like for my basement to receive the proper care so the water will stop coming into my basement.
