In Sept 2021, we had a fire that damaged our patio and the outside of our home. PuroClean was contracted through our homeowner's insurance to complete the home repairs. Its going on 8 months and the repair work is still not completed. PuroClean has been giving us the run around the entire time. It is extremely frustrating. Horrible communication and project management. They do not check in on the projects and leave it all to the subcontractor to manage or us to chase them. Before the repair jobs even started, Puroclean had multiple project managers and subcontractors come look at our home multiple times. Each time we had to re-explain what work was needed, the project manager was clueless and useless. And each time we hear that PuroClean is "trying to schedule" our project. When a subcontractor was finally assigned to our project, he lied that he was coming to our home to do work when he never showed up (we have a doorbell camera). The work that he did complete was horrible. He was supposed to refinish our hardwood floors, but the quality of his work was so bad that you could see streaks and discoloration throughout the floor. PuroClean finally fired him and replaced him with another subcontractor. This next crew came in quickly that week to get work started. However, from there it went downhill again. Half the work was done and it went silent for months. Again, it was on us to chase PuroClean for updates and when the work would be completed. There's also add'l damage to our home because of PuroClean's delays and lack of care. We now have rust stains on our driveway from the dumpster truck sitting out there months when NO WORK was being done. We also have dead grass in our lawn from PuroClean's crew abandoning our project and leaving their material and supplies laid out all over our yard. There's so much to complain about, it would take me a novel to write it all up. At this point, we just need the home repairs to be completed!
