Horrible service and very disrespectful! Getting yelled and screamed at by the instructor at 8 am in the morning because I said I have to leave by noon because I work 2nd shift.

The subject student enrolled in our full time, (8am-4:30pm), CDL-A commercial drivers license program through the Federal/State sponsored WIOA Grant ******* beginning on 8/9/21. Because he had a prior CDL license obtained in 2015, we were able to enroll him in the Illinois 40 hour short course, meaning that he could graduate easily in 4-weeks.. During his 71 days of enrollment he attended: 19-Full days, 14-1/2 days and was absent 38 days, making it difficult for him to retain knowledge. He also was tardy numerous times, argumentative about wearing a mask, used foul or inappropriate language and was loud and disruptive far too many times. During his first exam, he was argumentative with the state examiner during his "Pre-Trip" exam. Although this student was difficult to manage throughout the course, we we remained focused on getting him successfully graduated with his CDL License. According to all the infractions of the "Training Expectations Agreement" he committed, we were well within our rights to terminate him early, but elected not to. I have complete records that backup an verify everything I have written. My staff of instructors did not deserve the disrespect he dished out during the course or the negative BBB comments he made. I commend my staff for "staying the course" as per my request and just getting him to graduation day......Respectfully, MBP, General Manager
