The women working at the West Rascher location of this company are low-class trash that abuse customers and COMMIT *****. Picking up my car, I said "Hello?" at the window, and knocked because no one was there, and this defiant woman comes up to the window, bangs on something to mock my having knocked, and yells angrily, "Yeah, I saw you!" After the exchange of my ID and credit card, I told her calmly, "Human to human, I knocked because there's a glare on the window and I couldn't see that anyone was there," and she interrupted me, yelled over me and mocked me again. She continued to be completely unprofessional and belligerent, and because I didn't just let her abuse me like she surely abuses many people, and raised my voice to finish my sentence when she kept yelling over me, she gave me the middle finger, screamed profanities, and TOOK MY license and credit card HOSTAGE, lying and saying, "Oh, you don't have them? I gave them back to you...." I asked to speak to the manager, who mockingly suggested that I "check my path," as if I had simply dropped them somewhere -- and literally while she was talking to me, I SAW the employee go out the side door of their office, where she threw my things in the grass. I had not walked over there at all; there is no way that I would have dropped something there. When I saw them and picked them up and came back to tell the manager that the employee had clearly thrown them, they both mocked me and turned off the intercom. The ***** manager ALLOWED her ***** employee get her ***** revenge, abusing the power of holding onto my things. As I walked to my car, this human garbage pile continued screaming things over the microphone like, "Yeah, you tried, you tried! That's karma, *****!" What she did was technically *****, holding my license and credit card despite my asking to have them back, LYING ABOUT IT, and then throwing them out their office door on the ground. Literally, anyone walking by could have picked them up.
