            This business contractually committed to providing a resolution to the *** to reduce or eliminate the amount owed on back fines and fees. So far, all they have done is call once a month to say:"The reason for me calling was just to give you a little update on your case. Its currently Pending Practitioner action meaning that we are waiting for the practitioners to call in the resolution."This canned message has been repeated every month for almost 2 years!!!As far as I know they have had ZERO contact with the *** since I'm receiving threatening letters from the ***, including a recent LEVY action letter! I sent a copy of every *** letter to Community Tax, with NO confirmation or response!!!Now I can't get any "case worker" to return calls OR emails!!!
