Complaint: To Whom It May concern, I purchased a 24x52 inch pool from American sale on June 18, 2014. They came to install the pool on June 29, 2014. The company that came to install the pool was called Jeff contractor. When he installed the pool it was not measured right and the pool is not mounted correctly. There is a difference in the height on one side and there is a significant difference when your in the water, the water shifts to the lower side of the pool and can cause the lining to slip off . I went to American Sale on July 8, 2014 to tell the manager about the situation and he had me to take pictures and send it to him. He then, forwarded the pictures over to the customer service department and they responded back, that the contractor was told the problem and I will be called. Well, it is now August 12, and I have not heard at all from them. I am very angry that, my family and I have not enjoy getting in our pool at all this summer. We paid 3,400.00 for that pool in which is being financed through *********************. I really hate there customer service, because spending that kind of money, there shouldn't been any issues, the problem should've been resolve. Nevertheless, I need help from you to get this problem resolve or get my money back. I don't know what else to do, we just want to be able to get in our pool and enjoy it. The installer, ** Pools, went out to the residence today to verify and show the customer the pool is level at all points. The customer did not accept the pool was level and is still insisting it's not level with no just reasoning as to why. I've attached the photos taken today upon the installers return to provide verifcation of it being level and no issues for your review. The pool can visually appear from the outside as not being level from the eye's point of view as the ground itself is not level on the outside of the pool and the backfill around the pool covers a portion of the outer wall higher in some places so it visual appears it's not level. The photos attached were taken today and is measured all the way around the pool, the water and all toprails are completely even and measuring the same height. If the pool was not level, the measurements would be off and the water level uneven, and that is not the case. There is no issue with the installation or pool being off level, it's completely level.
