              So it all started when i wanted to withdrawl my money from my account on ********************. i was forced to pay a 950 dollar service fee , than after that they wanted **** more dollars to prove my funds werent fraudulent because you need apparently **** for that. anyways i was supposed to receive an email stating an update never received. every-time i try to chat with customer service the chat gets ended and i havent been able to talk with anyone. they are currently withholding over **** dollars from me. im a 20 year old *** that works full time. i included screenshots showing them not answering after fully explaining the issue and currently i cant even go on the chat log. *** tried email ive tried phone call both have logged to no avail.
