              Acct ********** 5 Our Company Sparx EDM has a contract with Flood **** for (2) 1.5yd pickups a month. Flood only showed up once in the month of January 2024 causing us to hold garbage inside and dispose of some at my personal home and my other business as well. I was out of town during the 1st no show when returning I called and inquired and was told they would straighten it out and they came later that week. I only ask a credit for our inconvenience and the fact that we paid for 2 pickups in January but only received 1. I would be happy with a $60 credit on our account which they are refusing.

              Contracted with them for several years now. They agreed to pickup my trash every other Thursday. My account is on automatic payment. This is the second time this year that my trash hasn't been picked up. When I called the office the first time, the young lady said that they would pick it up the following Thursday and that there would be a fee for the additional pickup. I told her that they hadn't come to pick up the week prior so why am I being charged again. AND HERE WE ARE AGAIN...it's Thursday and we have trash over flowing because no one picked up the trash. Now I have to store this trash in **************** again so I won't get fined by the City for this trash. And to top it off when I called to speak to a supervisor about this she tells me that someone will call me back in 3 days regarding my contract. THIS IS SOME BS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
