After reading the reviews below, I was not gong to call Piper to tear down and rebuild my mom's garage. However, after REREADING Piper's honest response to each of the negative reviews and chatting with him in person, I decided to give them a chance. I am so glad that I did! Piper did excellent work on my mom's garage! He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. He was patient, kind, respectable, and never made us feel like he was taking advantage of us. He was also very responsive. Responded to all of my text messages and calls in a timely fashion throughout the duration of the project. I was never left wondering if he "took the money and ran". He showed up each day of the project on time. If he was going to be late, he would always let me know. Piper also ended up doing another big project for us after the garage work was completed. We received the same level of service both times and his pricing was good too.. Because we live in a not so great neighborhood, Piper took the time each day to make sure all doors and gates were locked behind them. They also cleaned up behind themselves very well.I had a great experience with Piper and highly recommend them.
