              On 8/25/20 I hired Last Stop roofing to re-shingle the roof, signed the proposal and paid $6244.24 as down payment with the remaining $3686.93 to be paid upon completion. The work was finally done on 10/8 however it was not completed correctly (see additional documentation). We contacted **** several times to resolve the concerns (see additional documentation). To date these issues have still not been resolved and we have contacted another company that provided an estimate of $7200 to completely tear off all the shingles and install new as per manufacturers instructions. While we have tried to work with Last Stop Roofing and *** (owner) we continue to get the run-around as is detailed in the additional documentation they are always saying "next week". At this point we either want them to redo the shingles properly ensuring there is no exposed wood, nails and installed correctly or refund our money so that we can hire someone else who will complete the job correctly.
