Hi, I am reaching out because I have not been getting any return calls or messages from the management team after multiple calls, emails and even 2 office visits. Hogan Exteriors has done work at my home 2 times since 2017. The initial visit was a complete roof in 2017 and a roof for a porch addition in 2021. The initial work from 2017 has a 10 year warranty.In between the 2 events previously mentioned there was a leak which presented itself in January 2021 by entering through a kitchen light fixture. When the Hogan Exterior estimator came out to view the proposed porch roof I mentioned the leak. There was no follow up with me as to what, if anything was done to correct or repair the roof leak. Unfortunately the roof leak presented itself again on January 23, 2024. This time there was water entering through the same light fixture and dripping down the front of 2 cabinet doors and forming a puddle on the floor. It also created a yellowish stain around the light in the ceiling drywall. I did what I could to contain the leak with a bucket, went outside and cleared the snow from the section of the roof above the leak and then climbed in the attic to take pictures of the underside of the roof of the wet and dripping roof sheathing and rafters. I later sent these photos to Hagn Exterios via email. I called Hogan Exteriors the morning of 1-23-24 and spoke to the person in the office who contacted a roofer working that day. The roofer arrived within 2 hours and at this time I showed him the photos. He then got onto the roof and removed some more snow and ice and put down some salt pucks. Before leaving he mentioned he may be able to come back the next week to do a repair since the weather was warming. Unfortunately no one has come back or called to discuss next steps. Dates of contact:1-23-24 spoke with Hogan Exteriors to report the leak 1-23-24 emailed Hogan Exteriors the photos 1-24-24 emailed Hogan Exteriors to ensure they got the photos, the office manager responded yes and that the messages were being forwarded to a manager and that one of them would be calling back.1-29-24 I had not yet received a response so I sent the office manager an email. Still no response. I then called and left messages on:2-7-24 10:36am 2-8-24 4:49pm 2-9-24 10:29am Hogan Exteriors answered the phone and was told the information would be passed along to a manager who would likely call back within an hour or so, but there was no call back. 2-09-24 1:09pm I left a message on Hogan Exterior voicemail asking what would be a good time for me to stop in their office in Crystal **** to discuss next steps for the roof repair. But no response!2-9-24 2:00pm My wife stopped by the ******************** She spoke with the office manager who mentioned that messages had been sent to a manager but he never came into the office. 2-12-24 I called and spoke with the office manager again who said the messages had been passed along to two individuals. 2-15-24 My wife and I stopped by the Hogan Exteriors office again and spoke with the office manager who again stated our information is being passed along to the managers. I am not sure why they are not calling back. We have a warranty from the original purchase that we would like them to honor. Something as simple as a call back with an action plan to repair the leak doesn't seem like too much to ask of a business who provides roofing services.
