            I had Hi Five replace my roof and gutters and they did a terrible job. My gutters are leaking and do not extend the entire length of my house. There is a mismatched color down spout extension and when I tried to have them come back and fix all the mistakes they were either to busy or never responded. They originally came out and gave me a quote and then when they found out I got insurance money by filling an individual claim myself they tried to claim that it was an insurance job and are now trying to raise the price. When I refused to pay them anymore money until they fixed their mistakes they put a mechanics lean on my home. High five agreed they would settle for **** dollars but when I contacted another roof and gutter company they said it would be about **** to correct all of the problems with my roof and gutters. I would like to settle for **** and to have high five release the lean off of my home to correct the fraudulent actions by this fly by night roofing company.

            Professional installation and cleanup. Competitive price. What sold me is ********************* presentation of the Atlas integrated system of products used: -6 ft ice dam barrier sealed to sheath at gutter and valleys -tough synthetic underlayment (vs thin tar paper) -heavy duty stater strip roll at roof edges -pre-cut hip and roof edge shingles (vs pieces of tabs) -large one piece architectural shingles (3-D appearance is a second layer instead of individual tabs) -ScotchGuard algae stain protection A written warranty is provided I noted they use a crane for the heavy lifting and scaffolding for safety and for ease of accurate installation
