              In late September 2020, I contracted Cottage Hill Exteriors to replace the roof on my home. Their crew came out, tore off two layers of roof, installed the new roof, and replaced roof vents including a power vent (attic fan). Now that the weather is getting warmer, the power vent has started running which it should, however, the noise from the fan is very loud both inside and outside the house. It sounds like the fan is out of balance and it is rattling. Since May 14, 2021, I have left two voicemails. sent two text messages, and sent one email through their company website asking for someone to come out and check the power vent. To date, I have not heard back from Bill Trudeau (owner) or anyone else at Cottage Hill Exteriors. Aftering spending almost $7500 for the entire job, I believe it should've been completed properly. I want a new power vent installed.
