I was insulted by Rhoechell, Speaking on my roof being finished once receiving money from insurance after recieving check from insurance never completed the remaining job She told me she's in charge her dad turned everything over to her no one to talk to about this situation All she do is scream in ****** at the customers about the complaint I would like to have my roof finished and completed that's all I asked *********** I do not recommend this company to noone unprofessional.

This review is false and completely out of line with what truly happened. We fully completed this homeowners roof along with the full scope of work for the first insurance claim. Unfortunately, right after we finished the roof, the homeowner was hit by a second bad storm which sent a tree branch through the newly finished roof. We were then forced to wait on the second storm claim to be approved before we proceeded with fixing the roof a second time around (standard insurance procedure) which is where the delay came from. The only thing discussed regarding payment was that we were still owed a large portion of money from the first claim and that the second claim had not yet been approved at all. In this industry, unless a homeowner can pay out of pocket, repairs are not started until insurance confirms they will be covering said repairs. This homeowner was not understanding of this process no matter how it was explained and was also completely unwilling to pay her portion of the repairs from the initial claim (deductible). We actually received this claim because we are a preferred vendor for her particular insurance company and the previous company that she was working with no longer wanted to work with her after how they were treated. Also, if we are going to speak on being unprofessional, this homeowner would call our office and our employees cell phones six, seven times in a row leaving voicemails saying that "God and *********************** were going to come after us" and even asked ******** if she was Caucasian because she "had never had to deal with a white girl named ******** before". All of this was not only uncalled for, it was completely inappropriate. Here at Americas Best we pride ourselves not only customer satisfaction, but, on professionalism and truthfulness. This homeowner was simply not accepting of the insurance process and was upset things were not happening immediately or exactly how she wanted them to go. Through this whole experience we all were as accommodating and kind as we possibly could be. We accept no wrong doing on this matter.
