I got my roof redone by A plus in 2017. They were also my adjusters. They were paid by insurance to give me a brand new roof and to incorporate my deck roof into the house roof. They did a shabby job that still leaves my enclosed porch soaking wet as well they left my roof exposed so 2 years ago in 2020-2021 during the pandemic raccoons got in my roof. I called them and they came out due to those two complaints as well as the fact that I was getting a water **** in an original spot in the house that I showed them before they did the work. They assured me that once the roof was redone I would not have that leaking or water ****s. However it came back. The company sent an unofficial worker to do the job. He stated that the water **** came from the fact that the pipe from the roof was not tight and maybe water got in. He said they would repair my ceiling from the damage. That they would send a painter and dry wall person because he didnt do that work. He did remove the raccoons and sealed up the areas that was exposed and he said he fixed the pitch on the deck roof because it was done wrong and causing water to come in. Well water still comes in. Lastly no one ever came to fix the painting or dry wall damage. The Manager **** decided to recant and say that a pipe in my attic in that area thar must be leaking however there are no pipes in my attic in that area. I had the dry wall and paint job done and the water spot came back. The roof is not done properly in that area and water keeps coming into the house when it rains. I need a real technician to come out to determine if this roof is faulty..I paid too much money for this roof to continue damaging my ceiling. The company refuses to come out. I have text messages from the manager **** refusing to come out.He claims I did not have a cap on my pipe and his worker replaced it however I have evidence that his worker forgot to put it back on when he tightened it and texted me that he would bring it back.So I need a resolution asap
