Placed a order for pickup and it took 45 minutes when they quoted 25. Food was sitting out in a box while we waited 10+ minutes in store for the drink we ordered.They have many signs about how they are checking orders before you leave to make sure everything is correct and because their signs say they dont refund anything regardless because they check.Yet I had to turn around and drive back to the location to pick up the rest of the order they forgot to give me because they did not check. This led to Melting my original drink and making my food sit out even longer.. They offered a new drink but said I was exaggerating over the food being out too long and wouldnt do anything. My order was placed at 5:00pm and I did not get home with the food until 6:30. Half my order was ready at 5:30 and sat in a bag until I got home (over 1 hour) which is more than the **** recommends for safe food consumption. This food was thrown away and cost over $60 dollars. The only thing edible was the new drink they gave me for the issues.Id love to speak with the owner about this situation if theyre interested and reach a resolution.All together half my food sat out for over an hour, they refused to do anything about this and instead claimed I was exaggerating. If you are the owner Id advice you to further check cameras or receipts if this isnt the story you are told.I am seeking a refund for HALF my order which was not received as advertised due to poor food handling and preparation.
