            I tried to schedule the freight elevator for move out on my lease end date, June 10. They denied stating there is no availability. They told me to move out on June 11. As a result, I cancelled all my plans for the move out on June 10. I cannot move in to my new unit on June 11. So I asked to wait until Tuesday so I can take off work for the move out. They told me I will be placed as "Holdover" if I did not move out on Sunday. As a result, I will have to hire movers for Sunday, store my furniture overnight and pay for storage, stay a hotel, hire movers again on Monday! All my refrigerated and frozen items will have gone bad and wasted. This apartment building has been unaccommodating and lacking sympathy and accountability for their amenities not working properly! These shouldn't fall on the shoulders of the renters. At least, be as accommodating and sympathetic instead of being condescending and offering no help.
