    I requested a service call to repair a chandelier that was hanging by its wiring above the front entryway of my home. **** the owner agreed to dispatch a service technician to assess the situation. When **** arrived with his ladder, he climbed up to have a look and take a few pictures of the broken threaded coupling nut only to report that he couldnt repair it because the part was not available and that I would very likely have to replace the chandelier. I asked if he had experience with any local lighting companies he might recommend and he told me the Galleria in Aurora was one he was familiar with. He then billed me $150 for the service call and told me to contact his company if there was anything else they could do or install a new chandelier. Subsequent to this call, I reach out to other electricians via the Home Depots pro-services network and found a local company who said no problem, came to my house and one technician repaired the problem in 40 minutes time and charged me $175. I then sent a text to **** (because I had his cell#) asking he pass along my disappointing experience to his owner; no reply. I then sent an email with the same message directly to Trinitys website published email and again; no reply. I feel I was mislead by this owner that they could make the repair. I clearly got the feeling from the actions of both the owner and technician that they were too busy to take on my job, but certainly not too busy to stop by my home, bring in a ladder give me a *** answer on why they couldnt perform the repair, BUT not too busy to charge me the $150 for their trouble.     I've used Trinity Electrical and Radon Mitigation Services for several projects like adding outlets to our unfinished basement (including a dedicated outlet for our refrigerator), upgrading our service from 100amp to 200amp, and fixing a **** outlet in our backyard that had broken a few times before. When communicating with **** for a few different jobs, he was very professional and knowledgeable. When his workers came out for each job, they were very pleasant to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. They worked quickly but were meticulous about each detail. I will only work Trinity for my electrical needs. "
