              Although *** Realty does match there buisness plan the agents seem to be more focused on signing new business than cluents already contracted. I you are a first time buyer the service may seem ******* however as a buyer and seller of 7 houses over my 20 years in CA I found the *** agent uncommunicative and negligent of seller. Although she was responcive when I reached out to her, the agent required me to initiare all contact, allowing multiple es row delays and ***** delays with out cause or reason made me wonder who she worked for me or the buyer. Escrow and lender delays were taken as a "oh well they are out of my controll" attitude and exceptance of buyers excusses. I found *** did what I wanted but sellers should not be required to pry information from agents.
