            I am having some financial hardship. I was able to get help from a place called Leaven in *******. They let me know that if I pay 170 for December they would cover the other 400. I did that and then Tripp and Associates followed up by taking an additional 570 out of my bank account. They knew the situation and said they cannot reverse this. I am on SSDI and that leaves me just me just 238 dollars for the rest of December to pay my other bills and buy food. They will not respond in kind. I can't afford to wait another month for more money to come in. Also this summer my A/C went out and it took them weeks to replace it or do anything about it. I nearly died and did go to the hospital over it. They did not care. I think something should be done about this c***

            I had nothing but a great experience living in one of Tripp & Associates Properties. I lived there from 7/2012-5/2022. I would have stayed longer, considered my townhouse my home for 10 years, unfortunately they sold the complex to new owners who were doing renovations and raising the rent significantly so the new owners made every family living there move in 3 phases. (This will most likely lead to a complaint against the new property owners!) **** and **** Tripp are property owners who live out of state but have a great, talented property manager that went far above his job duties to help the tenants if there were ever a problem. I would definitely rent from them again!
