BBB Customer Review Rating plus BBB Rating Overview
BBB Customer Reviews Rating represents the customers opinions of the business. The Customer Review Rating is based on the number of positive, neutral and negative customer reviews posted that are calculated to produce a score.
|Customer Review Experience||Value|
|Positive Review||5 points per review|
|Neutral Review||3 points per review|
|Negative Review||1 point per review|
BBB letter grades represent the BBB's opinion of the business. The BBB grade is based on BBB file information about the business. In some cases, a business' grade may be lowered if the BBB does not have sufficient information about the business despite BBB requests for that information from the business.
BBB Letter Grade Scale
Star Rating scale
BBB Customer Review Rating plus BBB Rating is not a guarantee of a business' reliability or performance, and BBB recommends that consumers consider a business' BBB Rating and Customer Review Rating in addition to all other available information about the business. If the BBB Rating is NR then only Customer Reviews are used for the Star Rating.

Complaint: I was told on march 18, 2015 that i would be able to move in on march 26th. I called march 25 to confirm spoke with ********** and was told that ************ was not in the office but she would contact her and get back to me in an hour. No call back. So i called at 10a.m. while in front of the property picking up mail and was told by ************ that ********** was infact at the address with the contractor and she would get back to me in an hour. I informed her that no one was there and she said she would get back to me. By 2 pm still no call back so i called again no answer for***** or ******. By 230pm i spoke to***** and she said that ****** said to call her at 7pm and she would let me know about a move in date. However The office closes at 5 pm. I have been told on numous occasions different movein dates and they all change at the last minute. I understand that inspections must take place before move in but you should not give a movein date before this has taken place. I have a small child and no where to live beacuse of the bad service i am reciving and when i told this to ****** she simply stated she is sorry but there is nothing she can do about that.
Desired Settlement: The keys to move in as promised. I was given a specific move in date and they have not held to their end of the agreement. I will now have to live in a hotel because my current landlord has others moving in a day after i was supposed to be out.
Business Response: Initial Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2015/04/07) */ Contact Name and Title: ***** ********* Contact Phone: XXXXXXXXXX Contact Email: *****@gslow.com Ms ****** was told that if the construction was completed prior to her April 1st lease date that we would allow her to move before her scheduled time.
