The property mgr for ***** Creek, *******************************, is making unilateral decisions about water damage to the water on the ceiling of my below unit 2B. She is making calls to plumbers and drywall repair companies without letting me use my own plumber, and letting my insurance companies claim adjuster get a repair estimate. So far she has billed me $817 for a plumber who came out and never diagnosed the water damage. The small repair he advised was not the cause of the leak. Then I was threatened to be ***d if I did not let her plumber back in, who subsequently, told me to replace a drain for $862, which was incorrect. My plumber Roto Rooter came out and confirmed it was not the drain. I had to pay them $200. Now she is going have the drywall repaired and again charge back to my account, without advising me, so I can have my insurance pay for it. She also threatened to *** me because unit 2B below me lost the sale of her condo. This turned out to be a lie. I repeatedly requested access to below unit, asked to talk to her manager, with no response. She is acting like a dictator who can do whatever she wants and bill back to my account.
