    In December I was without heat for one week. On Christmas day a water ***** broke and was without water for 2 days. I have been without a working oven for 5 weeks. I have gone to the manager, leasing agents, and head of maintanance. They all give me a different answer of when it will be fixed. The building is infested with roaches and mice. Garbages is overflowing into the parking lots. The staff changes every few weeks. Phone calls don't get returned. Email don't get returned. When you go in in person the leasing agent is rude and lies to your face to get you to go away.

    The management of the ************************ at *********************************************************** the most ignorant, harassing and vindictive women at this address. Not filling work orders including gushing water from a dish washer, has had my car towed, TWICE after making inquiries made on work orders. Black mold growing under flooring, and in a water heater closet. Many accusations and lack of communication. Absolutely no communication at all. Garbage piling up in the dumpster overflowing onto walkway and road to parking. Poor lighting in parking lot. These women in the office at this location refuse to take a call from myself, and they leave eviction notices on my door open for all to see. Truth, Ive never paid my rent late, always early. The treatment here while I occupied this miserable property was and is unacceptable, overwhelmingly unacceptable. My first renting experience. My place to live while I worked full time, went to nursing school full time, and then I worked nights while I lived here. This is no where to call home. The core of the culture is hostile, combative, and vindictive. Do not live here, unless you enjoy miserable, vindictive office workers that seek to make a good renter wish they never signed a lease here. Im off to ******** Avenue, renting with a property managed by reasonable, logical, have their own lives office management. My parting words: vindictive, hateful and cruel office women at the Willowcreek apartments in ******* *******. RENTER BE VERY AWARE.

    To whom it may concern,Resident ***********************************, has lived in the community since 03/25/2021, signing an additional one-year renewal lease on 12/17/2021. There was a conversation via phone that included the Regional Manager ***************************, the Property Manager, *********************************, and the resident, *********************************** on 12/13/2022. The resident spoke about her experience and frustration with communication between the office and herself, and that she desired more communication and a different preferred method of contact, which we agreed was reasonable and could be accomplished. During the call, there was no mention of on-going or unresolved maintenance issues in the home, issues on the property, or concerns about professionalism or customer care beyond the communication aspect the resident spoke of. We ended the call with the understanding that we satisfied her concerns. The resident had been given the direct phone number and email to the Regional Manager if they had on-going concerns, but neither the on-site management team nor the Regional Manager received any communication after this call regarding any of the issues cited in the residents complaint with the BBB. The resident cited that the office did not enter in maintenance requests, but without any additional information provided, I cannot confirm that to be a true statement as we have records of all previous maintenance requests as well as the resident does have the opportunity and ability to put in maintenance requests 24/7 via our resident portal. Our CRM software ********************************** records all calls, texts, and emails, and the record shows calls placed by the resident that were answered, returned phone calls from the onsite staff, and text messages between on-site staff and the resident. Being as the concern of mold has been raised now in this review, the onsite team contacted the resident to advise them our maintenance team will be going to the home on (01/20/2023) to inspect. To which the resident stated that it is not an issue and denied our team access into the home via text in the **** With very little details provided by the resident, we are not able to investigate or elaborate on some of the other stated concerns cited by the resident, nor are we able to respond to the subjective narrative and descriptions of the resident.
