My brother ordered a ****** jersey for the World Cup. He waited almost 2 and a half months to get his jersey, which came after the World Cup. They gave him $100 off a future order which I used. I got a great deal on a piece of merchandise and knew the lead time would be long. I waited 3.5 months and reached out. **************** got back to me promptly. 2 days later my order was cancelled because "my item was in high demand" and my money was refunded. If you're looking for anything in a timely manner or hoping they will be on top of their orders, you've come to the wrong place

The same as every other review on here, I had a terrible experience. I ordered a soccer ****** as a gift on November 4, 2022. I gave them a month of them having my money with no updates before I sent an email since they have no telephone number listed. I emailed 4 times over the course of three weeks without any response. In each email I gave a date of when I would be going through my card company for a refund because of the scam that is this store. By that date, I had gotten zero response so I went through the whole process of filing a claim with my card. Now on February 23, 2023, they have the nerve to contact my card company asking for their money back because the package arrived earlier than the anticipated February 15 (It did finally arrive on 2/13). I asked about canceling my order during my emails and was told when they finally responded that it was against their policy to cancel or change orders that had already received a confirmation email despite the inability to ship in a timely manner or return messages from their customers. Now I have to return the item at a cost to me and only receive a refund if their team deems the item in perfect condition. Save yourself the time and money and order from literally anywhere else. I ended up getting the exact same jersey at nearly half the price in less than a week from ****'s Sporting Goods and they apologized that the jersey was a couple days late because it was put on the wrong delivery truck.

I ordered jerseys October 10, 2022 and yet have not receives them by February 16, 2023. There is no phone to call and when you email them all the do is send an automatic email saying due to COVID issues this are talking longer.Never order from them

I ordered a U.S. Men's Team shirt on Dec 17 (as a gift for someone). I have sent numerous messages inquiring about the status of my order. Those inquiries were finally answered on Jan 19 when I was told my order had been "sent for processing" (whatever that means). I was told I would be notified when my order was shipped. I have not received the shirt, nor have I been notified regarding shipment. I have nothing, but the company has my money. And yes, I do regret attempting to purchase the shirt from this company.

Ordered a jersey sept 17th and didnt receive it until Nov 12th. I tried multiple times to reach out to US Soccer for updates and even to try and cancel it but was ignored. I only got my merchandise when I made a formal cancelation through my credit card company. Very unprofessional and incompetent people running the store. Buy from somewhere else.
