              This third-party vendor is subcontracted buy a hospital for my daughters ER visit. During Covid the filing of insurance was not submitted correctly by the hospital and your vendor. After lots of effort I was able to correct and I assumed this one got fixed at the same time with the rest of the bills. However, it must not have. I tried several times to call the office and the one time I talk to someone in the billing office they hung up on me and refused to give me new information or resubmit to my insurance company. The person I dealt with was so rude on the other end I will never use this company ever again and tell horrible stories about their billing department. I am also filing a complaint with the *************************. They have also sent me to collections (less than $300) , which is currently damaging my credit score, and I expect compensation. Plus, I expect an apology for how the business treated me on the phone.

              Refuses to accept my coverage, even though my insurance contacted them, I am def covered and they still refuse to acknowledge coverage for billing. Contacted KSB in *****, **; where the services were received and was told 'Dont know what to tell ya, we got paid" Are you serious!! Worst service and care ever!! KSB (***** **) and Rockford Radiology! They are harassing me through emails,vte ********** calls. My insurance carrier has contacted them and STILL, they send me threatening collections - I have pulled my care from KSB-Also, I received services at the new ******************* and KSB billed it as KSB Pharmacy- it was a serious health issue and continues to be and they turned it into a stressful situation with shady billing practices. They should be investigated- Horrible customer care at both ********************************************* and Patient Billing at KSB(*****, **). Such shady practices! No help from anyone- so sad when dealing with a serious health issue, to go through this with NO SUPPORT from either.
