Complaint: Prairie Path Pavers installed our brick patio in 2008, providing us a 10-year warranty for any significant "shifting" in the patio surface. We have two areas that now require service, but despite numerous phone calls that stated in June 2013, Prairie Path Pavers refuses to return phone calls, and - as a result - refuses to complete the necessary warranty work.
Desired Settlement: I request that Prairie Path Pavers complete the necessary repair work on the patio, and refund a portion of the contract in appropriate relation to their delinquency in providing the necessary repairs.
