On June of 2021 I had Old World Brick Paving power wash existing pavers and fill them back with sand and then seal it. I had them come back 3 times in the summer of 2021 and in August the pavers still kept loosing sand. I asked them to come back yet again and they said they were too busy and will plan on coming back in June of next year 2022. I paid them $2,800 for them refresh my pavers and I have yet to have one full summer where they have not had to come back and add sand to fix the areas again. They gave me the impression that it would last for at least 5 years with regular maintenance (sealing) but again haven't made it one summer. While I understand this would never be perfect, I was hoping to have at minimum of 2 *******, but I have not had 1 SUMMER OF HAVING MISSING SAND BETWEEN PAVERS!!! I have been calling them since May 2022 to ensure something would be scheduled and they kept saying that I'm on the list and they are just waiting for an opening. I have been calling weekly since June and waiting for them to call me back and never did. I called them on Friday, July 8th at 2:15 and the person who picked up the phone said that the person I needed to talk to was at lunch. I said, that I was tired of getting blown off and that I was going to contact the bbb and put feedback on social media, because I'm tired of nobody calling me back. They said go ahead! And hung up. This company doesn't sound like they care about their customers after they get the money and is apparent that they can't back up their work or products they use. I am asking the the bbb contact them to complete the work this year or give me a portion of my money back.
