Complaint: Order # XXXXXX. This set was ordered 3/30 and finally arrived 5/1 with the wrong table. I contacted the company and asked for a refund if the correct table could not be delivered by 5/15. On 5/5 the company told me a new table would be shipped and told me the wrong table would be picked up. That was the last I have heard from the company. No new table has been sent and the wrong table has not been picked up...and 5/15 passed. I have sent 2 additional emails requesting a refund to my credit card account and those emails have been ignored.

Desired Settlement: I am seeking a refund to my credit account in the amount of $444.60 and that the wrong table be picked up.

Business Response: Initial Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2015/06/01) */ A replacement table top is on order with the manufacturer to get the issue resolved. We filed a claim on 5/5/15 with the manufacturer to rectify the situation. Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 10, 2015/06/03) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I asked for a refund and this is what I am seeking. I ordered this table March 30th and a consumer should not be expected to wait close to 3 months to receive an item for which the company received payment. I am told the wait for the replacement table is yet another 2-3 weeks and this is not acceptable. Final Consumer Response /* (2000, 14, 2015/06/03) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) I received a full refund as requested. Thanks for your help. Final Business Response /* (4000, 12, 2015/06/03) */ The refund was processed via ****** on 6/3/15.
