              We are disputing several invoices that we have received from Shred It Services (A Stericycle Solution Company). We have since cancelled our services with Shred-It. However, no one is calling me back and their customer services team which is in a different country does not understand what the true problem is based on a communication barrier. The customer service team refuses to connect me with the ******, ********* office or any of the offices in *****************. Our ********* Account Manager, ********************************* is not returning my phone calls or emails to discuss the invoices in question. We want a resolution to these disputed items. I have since then paid everything that was correctly billed to the *************************. We want a credit issued in the amount of $275.00 to zero out our account #**********.

              DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Their customer service is terrible. We hired them for a one-time shredding and they set us up for once a week pick **** I kept contacting their rep to cancel and she kept saying yes I'll cancel, but never did. In the meantime they kept coming and we kept getting charged for $2,000.00 a month. When I finally got a hold of someone to cancel, we had already paid $26,000.00 to this company for absolutely NOTHING! They only credited us $8,000.00 after I had emails showing proof that I had requested to cancel and that I was told it was cancelled. Then they had the nerve to tell me I can set up on call service for the future. We bought our own commercial shredder. They are definitely shady.
