This is false.1.I made a $54 payment to the Chicago Tribune on November 30, 2024. The payment was for delivery through February 5, 2024. The payment was made via my **** credit card. The payment included a $20 tip to the delivery person in honor of the Christmas holidays.2.Even prior to making the above payment, there were numerous inconsistent deliveries of the Chicago Tribune dating back to July of 2023. Most times, I called the Tribune and was provided a refund for the missed papers.3.On January 18, 2024, when the deliveries had not improved, I called Chicago Tribunes **************** at **************. I advised a woman named *** to immediately discontinue my subscription service. *** apologized for the inconvenience and offered me a subscription at a discounted rate. However, *** could not guarantee that my deliveries would improve. I informed *** that I was not interested in her discounted offer nor any future offers. I reiterated that I wanted the Chicago Tribune subscription to be canceled. *** advised me that I would receive a refund from the Tribune for the balance in my account within six ********* received a check from the Chicago Tribune in the amount of $23.74. I deposited it into my personal checking account on February 9, 2024.To reiterate, I DISCONTINUED MY CHICAGO TRIBUNE SERVICE ON JANUARY 18, 2024. THE CHICAGO TRIBUNE ISSUED ME A REFUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $28.14. I DO NOT OWE THE CHICAGO TRIBUNE OR A.R.M. SOLUTIONS, **** ANY MONEY. I am a long-time subscriber with the Chicago Tribune. I am furious that the delivery of the newspaper diminished in recent years. I am even more angry because I received the letter from A.R.M. ********** **** stating that I owe the Chicago Tribune money.Please close this matter immediately.*********************************** *********************************************************************************
