              I used Beltmann to move from ********* ** to ******** **. they also provided storage for 3 months. we moved into our new home on March 20, 2022. it was recommended that i take out an insurance policy from the sales man, $0 deductible and up too $43,000 worth of insurance. they gave me 3 months to unpack and file a claim if I needed to. the person on the day of the move went over some of the damaged items and reiterated that I had 3 months to put in a claim. I did file a claim for missing items and busted and damaged furniture. I sent picture i had gotten estimates I did all the leg work. a month went by and finally they set a meeting with a third party repair company. my garage if full of damaged furniture and I showed the man everything I had. I asked if he saw any of the paperwork I submitted and he send no but send it to me. I have repedidly asked for the update of my claim without any response for over a month now. since this company is an A+ rated company with you I would think you could help get this resolved.               So mine was a corporate move from ** to RI and one would think these moves are given more attention and care. Wrong. A few boxes went missing and were never found. Upon filing the claim for lost / damaged goods, they denied it for having no picture evidence. Do you understand meaning of the word 'lost'? Furthermore, my bicycle arrived with its front wheel attached backwards. My previous corporate moves have been seamless- Beltmann changed that so I'll unfortunately have to echo the other 1-star reviews. I hope future corporate / personal customers refrain from using Beltmann. Moving is stressful as is and they make sure to add more to it.
