            On March 7th I hired gold standard relocation to do a interstate move. I paid a deposit and was told I’d pay 2076 for move. However, it turns out they weren’t even the company moving me. I signed paperwork with them. When the actual company Western Van Lines came, they said I was over the “cubic feet” and added additional charges to the tune of over 2000.00 dollars. It’s been over two months now. They had zero communication then out of the blue called me stating they would deliver my goods tomorrow, 30 plus days outside the window. When I said that’s not possible they then added on a additional fee of 1300.00. I was not even given 24 hours notice and now they won’t tell me where my stuff is and are demanding payment in full for services they did not provide. Gold standard misrepresents themselves as a moving company. As I signed with them they are responsible.
