Complaint: Upon returning from an out of state trip, I returned home to find a package from the trunk club sitting on my porch. In the past, I had used the trunk club but was surprised to see this package as I had not requested a shipment. I returned the package to them and was still charged $2,991 to a debit card they had on file. They confirmed they had the tracking number of the return and would not release the funds. After the package arrived, they sent a receipt confirming the return of all of the items and still have not returned the money. To be clear. I did not order this package and to be charged is nothing short of credit card fraud. This has directly impacted me as this was a debit card associated with my checking account and has caused overdraft fees to be incurred.

Desired Settlement: The money needs to be refunded along with compensation for overdraft fees from my checking account and a reasonable sum for the embarrassment and pain and suffering incurred by me.

Complaint: Hello, I have contacted the company several times in regards to my account, which I received a trunk from them for clothes. I returned the trunk in September of last year, but I am still getting collections notices ***********************. The company has stated several times that I am free and clear of any charges. The first couple of times, they say they will look into it (I've mostly dealt with **** from the ******* office.) I called again today after receiving another phone call, and the first two times, when I tried to explain the problem, the representative hung up when I mentioned the word "collections." I thought this was very rude, as I had a legitimate concern they were aware about. I called back a third time, and spoke ******** She asked me whether or not I paid them or the company, and I told her that I returned it. Again, I was told she would follow up with her manager, and that she would cc: me in on an email (that was this morning) and I have not received anything. This is the fifth or sixth time I have received the notice, and called.

Desired Settlement: I just would like the collections calls/letters to stop. I have proof from ***** that the package was returned and signed by ********* I just need help getting them to make the collections stop. I have no qualms with the company, I'm just tired of calling so many times to no avail.
