Refund and Exchange PolicyMost products provided by Central Infusion Alliance, Inc. are returnable within 30 days from the date of shipment. In the event that a product return is the result of incorrectly-shipped or damaged goods, Central Infusion Alliance, Inc. will provide a full refund for the product(s) in question, as well as inbound & outbound shipping fees. In the event of customer error, product will be refunded upon receipt of the returned goods, minus shipping fees and fifteen percent of total product value. Certain items restricted by manufacturer return policy are nonrefundable. Also note that certain items, governed by restrictive manufacturer delivery policy, once ordered may not be cancelled except in severe backorder situations and may incur significant cancellation fees of up to $50 per item.
