Complaint: I purchased a small home appliance 7/30/12 from The reason I purchased it from their website was the 3-year repair warranty guarantee. My appliance recently broke, so I tried to contact the company about repairing it. They have switched to an ****** storefront, but left their contact email up on the website. I have three three times to email them there with no response. As a final measure, I also contacted them via the ****** storefront. Still no answer. There is no other way for me to contact them, since the phone number they list on their ****** storefront is not a working number. At this point, I have to assume that they are ignoring their warranty responsibility.

Desired Settlement: It will cost me around $100 to repair the appliance. I would like to be reimbursed that cost.
