What is BBB Advertising Review?
BBB promotes truth in advertising by contacting advertisers whose claims conflict with the BBB Code of Advertising. These claims come to our attention from our internal review of advertising, consumer complaints and competitor challenges. BBB asks advertisers to prove their claims, change ads to make offers more clear to consumers, and remove misleading or deceptive statements.

About BBB Business Review Content and Services
Some Better Business Bureaus offer additional content and services in BBB Business Reviews. The additional content and services are typically regional in nature or, in some cases, a new product or service that is being tested prior to a more general release. Not all enhanced content and services are available at all Better Business Bureaus.
On February 18, 2013 One hundred and twenty one complaints were reviewed on the business.
One hundred and eighteen complaints allege that the customer never received the item they ordered. Some of these complaints allege that the company has delayed sending their items for several months. In most of the complaints the customer is immediately unable to contact the company regarding the status of their order.
Consumers allege that company reps tell the consumer their items are on back order and will be delivered in a few weeks, which consumers are alleging never occurs. The customer then attempts to contact the company, to no avail, or the company responds and simply states the item is still on back order.
Eighty five complaints allege that the company is difficult to contact as consumer emails go unanswered/unreturned.
Twenty five complaints allege that the customer requested a refund from the company, but never received one. Three of these twenty five complaints state that they actually received their order, but returned it and requested a refund, which was never provided.
At this time the BBB deems that Bennett Brothers, Inc failed to alleviate the pattern of complaints and will continue to monitor complaints against the business over the next 12 months.
