              I purchased a machine back in January of 2022 and received it in March couldn't power the Machine until electrical and city permits were given the electrical contractor installed 3phase power when machine was powered up notice it was missing live spindles that come with this machine e mailed ********************* who sold me the machine assured me machine was in good working condition. so started to blame the riggers that must have stolen which is hard to believe these people wouldn't know how to remove it was done by someone who knows about machining also got a quote from the Manufacturer they are ***** each they wouldn't return my calls now also a dealership shouldn't be selling Machines like this with missing parts.

              This an extremely professional team that goes the extra mile for their contractors and customers from back office support for logistics coordination to what we experienced first hand with their field rep ****** attention to every detail of the auction and post auction process. His extensive knowledge of the machinery ensured every piece was handled with appropriate care and got to its next destination. What was the most impressive to us was his follow through and attention to didnt seem to waiver wether it was for the smallest accessory to the most substantial machinery. I would defiantly work with this company again.
