              I paid for lawn service, to have my lawn fertilized and receive weed treatment. I was very unhappy with the first visit because the service man made a big mess all over my porches and spread fertilizer very sloppy everywhere. I called and they came back out to somewhat clean it up. Then after receiving another treatment on the lawn, I was unhappy with the results. I called to cancel the service. Then a service man still came out after I canceled. I stopped him when I saw him, but he had already done most of my front lawn. It was very dry and hot out. After that treatment, my lawn was fried. It killed 90% of my front lawn. Now I hardly have any grass and mostly weeds. I called to complain and requested a refund, but it was denied. I would like a refund and I also need to pay another service to restore my lawn. I've included before and after photos of our lawn.

              Called everyday for the last week regarding a payment they could not process... I have never been harassed this way before. Regardless of the situation, this is not ok to do. Last thing you need when on vacation is a daily call, email and text! They need to send a normal letter invoice like all other companies. I do not wish to do business with a company that functions this way.

              I am very sorry to hear this and I am sorry we bothered you on your vacation! Our invoicing process is usually very smooth and easy. We do charge our customers credit cards the week after each service is complete, and there is an automated email that will be sent every three days that allows you to very easily update your credit card information and we also call every other day until we get it fixed up for you. We also send you a detailed notification the day the service is complete and email you a detailed invoice on the Wednesday after the service is complete. Were you able to see those? I again am very sorry to bother you with this, and I take your feedback very seriously, if I can think of a way to better do this I will roll it out straight away.
