            I used Green ***************** in 2021. After the 2021 season I did not renew as I was unhappy with their services. They weren't doing what they said they were going to do (ex. re-seeding the grass in the fall). I explicitly sent animal stating my cancellation as they did not answer their phone and never returned voicemails. Also, the online chat feature that they hadron their website never elicited a response to me either. All of the sudden, 2022 gets here and they start continuing to do services I didn't ask for while I wasn't home and leaving bills on my door. Again, I tried contacting them ***** times by phone and voicemail.No response. I sent multiple emails again explicitly stating that I did not want them to provide services and I am not going to pay for service I did not ask for. After a lot of un-responded to emails, the billing statements stopped so I thought they had gotten the point. Then, today, 1/25/23 I get ANOTHER billing statement for all of the 2022 treatments that they did after I explicitly asked them not to. I emailed them again today as well, but I have had it with this company. I need help because they are not listening or responding to me. I don't know what other information you need, but I can show you the emails, the statements etc... My customer number with ******************** Drop is ****** and my name is *****************************. Please let me know what I need to do next. I have uploaded my statement that they keep sending me as well as my email from May 2022 when I started receiving bills for service I did not ask for as well as my email that I sent today. I have also called at least ***** times since last March when they started billing me after I cancelled without a response.
