I wish I could post a zero star rating for this abysmal business and it's practices. I reached out over four (4) months ago to pursue having our deck renovated and unfortunately though we had an appointment scheduled, was not able to be seen due to an employee contracting COVID. No worries as *** shared he would follow up. Four months later, I follow up and am repeatedly told I'd be contacted which never occurred. Finally, I was able to speak to a representative which asked me where I lived? I asked why? She shared that depending on where I lived may be the reason I wasn't contacted because they can't do work south of the loop...(nowhere in their website does this say that). I live smack dab downtown in a high end high-rise so the location was pseudo OK until she then tells me, they don't do business with anyone that is over 4 stories high because they can't park??? My wife and I just finished a two (2) year gut rehab on the 11th floor and had zero issues with it being completed. To say I was shocked, disappointed and blown away by the unprofessionalism is an understatement. DO NOT PURSUE this business for any outdoor "green living design" projects without first making sure you meet all of their "unknown specifications" which you'd only find out after they 'ghost' you, don't call back, you do and then cry a half assed mea culpa. *** is the senior project manager and is absolutely deplorable. Check out the reviews for yourself on Yelp...I am not alone.
