Complaint
We contacted Priority Landscape and Maintenance, LLC in March 2014 for an estimate on lawn services, specifically stating that our primary goal was weeding the flower beds and planting areas around our house. ***** provided an estimate which clearly stated "pull weeds". ***** spoke with ***** on April 15, 2014 to confirm arrangements for the job and was told to mail in the signed contract and crew would be out the next day, Wednesday, April 16, 2014. ***** told ***** that April 16th was not a good day since ******** was expecting company that day and would not be available to the crew. He said Thursday or Friday would be OK. The crew arrived on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 anyway and proceeded to work, though were ill prepared, having to leave our house to pick up mulch and again to pick up Preen, and interrupted ******** several times while she was entertaining. When they left that day, we inspected their work and discovered that no weeds had been pulled, many of our perennials had been buried under mulch, and the edges of the planting areas had not been "cut." When we received the invoice we found we were charged for an extra hour of work and two additional yards of mulch. ***** called ***** the next week to complain about the extra charges and the lack of weeding and ***** told ***** to deduct the overcharges and he would send a crew back out to weed but would have to charge the hourly rate for the weeding. ***** told ***** he would think about it and let him know. ***** then wrote a letter to ***** on May 5, 2014 expressing our disappointment in the job and included a check for the revised total of the bill. We expected to receive a response from *****. When there was no response, ******** called Priority's office on May 23, 1014 and was told that ***** would return her call. To date there has been no return call.

Desired Settlement
We would like Priority to weed our flower beds and planting areas at no cost to us or refund our money less the cost of the mulch.
