    I contracted with Hy-Tech Landscaping on 05-05-2023 for 4 specific landscaping projects. The first 2 were for a patio and paver repairs which were completed on 06-07-2023 and paid in full. The last 2 items are for deck repairs and on June 15th I was informed via text from *************************** that I would be receiving an email with the approximate start date. On June 21st, I texted *************************** for a follow up and I have not received a reply since. I then started calling the main number ************ and that is an answering service. I called numerous times without any return phone call. I then sent emails which are attached. I would like to know if this company is still in business and if yes, I want a start date for my contracted deck services and the finishing of my wall where they took down the previous stairs (wood replacement needed). If they are no longer in business, I would like to know that so I can start getting other bids as I'm locked into this company with a signed contract for services.

    I met a rep on Wednesday, 8 days later still no quote. When I asked why I didn't receive a quote he said I was rude for expecting it that quickly. I guess 8 days is too quick to get a quote. I can only imagine how slow they'd be if I hire them, no thanks.

    We are saddened to hear your review , first of all our reps treat everyone with the highest respect . Next we reviewed the text conversation you had with your rep and your false sir as to the alleged he was rude . First of all you initiated very rude text conversation for no reason . We understand your frustration over us taking time to send the quotes, but we do process over 100 quotes a day on the busy season . To be quite honest your rep did try to express his apologies over the delay but you weren’t satisfied with that . Our rep also asked you for another chance to have our main office send the quotes that were still in proofing dept . To answer the comment of how slow we’d be if you hired us it would be 30-45 days . I’m sure someone in your job field and profession realizes all reputable home improvement firms are very busy during the season . Lastly again we are saddened that you feel this way about us . Good luck
