              Case ID is ************* have a small online bookstore with five dedicated employees. We sell legitimate used books from legal resale suppliers. We recently received a "counterfeit violation" on the Amazon platform for a used Pampered Chef book that we listed. Amazon takes these violations very seriously and we are at risk of having our account suspended.I am writing to ask if I could appeal to your good nature and kindly ask that you retract the complaint against us (ASIN B0007PSCW6). We have deleted and closed the listing and have no desire to have the product reinstated. We simply want the complaint removed from our Account Health. Additionally, our database software manager has a comprehensive BLACKLIST of publishers, ISBNs, and key words that prevent us from listing items that are not compliant. We have added Pampered Chef to the Blacklist and will never be able to list it again. We will no longer list/resell any Pampered Chef branded items in the future.We kindly ask for a retraction. Thank you for your time.

              This company does not stand by there policies. They do not make it right when they make a mistake. The customer never comes first. I would be careful about holding a party. They will take more of your money without permission.
