Complaint: I paid this company $35.00 dollars to fix a lose diamond in a very old ring that was handed down to me. I had it done about 2 weeks ago and I felt the ring the other day and noticed it felt loose. So i brought it to another jeweler in a building i work at and the guy said the prong that is holding the diamond in, is completely gone. He even showed it to me under the magnifying glass. So now i have to pay additional money to get it fixed because it was not done properly. This ring means alot to me and to lose the diamond because they did not fix it kills me.

Desired Settlement: I am seeking a full refund for work not done on my ring. i am not bringing it back there for them to send it out again for another week to fix it and it not be done again. I am very upset with this because it means a great deal to me.
