              This agency with their poor credit card security protocols allowed someone to use my debit card to pay their insurance **** even though the person did not have complete matching information in order to confirm the card was theirs. Business claimed the person had all my information but then told me they used a different billing address from my card to pay the ****. If they were compliant with credit/debit card regulations, this should have denied the charge. I notified them the same day the charge was ran so they could have reversed the charge but the company refused so they knowingly took money that wasn't theirs. I'm fairly sure that's the definition of theft.
