      Find other coverage ASAP!!! Lies. They just lie about Everything. Your coverage, the billing. I finally gave up and changed carriers and had to chat & call 3 times to get the renters policy cancelled. The auto policy I'm still going rounds about. They have the audacity to tell me I owe them after they manipulate billing and coverage dates and repeatedly fail to properly cancel the policy as requested in chats emails and phone calls. How can I owe you when I pay the policy in advance and cancel prior to the next billing date? I was advised I would receive a prorated refund and got a bill for the next month instead. Unethical business practices. Misleading. Deceptive

      *************************** Senior Claims Analyst at Allstate. I strongly recommend you request a different adjuster to handle your claim. This guy will hold a grudge against you if you upset him.

      First time and definitely last time with this company. Contractor been messaging them for more than a week as well as leaving voicemails, so I had to call and ask for a manager and still waiting cause guess what...to actually talk to a manager it usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Hope that I won't have to *** them if they don't take care of my is***. But right now they are just ignoring my contractor and lie to him by letting me know that they will call him back. So unprofessional and as soon as they are done with my claim I will start looking for a better insurance company.

      They dont even deserve 1 star, but I couldnt do half a star. My car was rear ended on 1/16/2024 The person that struck my car completely admitted it was his fault. Cops were called and agreed to the scene and wrote the same in his report. Both insurance companies were given the police report. Talked to insurance about setting up auto shop for my repairs. THATS ANOTHER ISSUE AS WELL. That also needs a report with BBB.(Carstar in ******* **. )The repair shop had my car for a month. Ive NEVER had my vehicle in a shop that long and there was more damage back then. Allstate NEVER SENT THE ***** FOR MY REPAIRS OR MY DEDUCTIBLE TO THE OTHER INSURANCE COMPANY UNTIL AFTER I GOT MY CAR BACK FROM THE **** SHOP AND IT IS STILL TO THIS DAY WAITING FOR A REPLY NOW FROM THAT INSURANCE. YOU ARE NOT IN GOOD HANDS AS THEIR COMMERCIALS CLAIM. I AM SEARCHING FOR ANOTHER COMPANY AND WILL BE SWITCHING AS SOON AS THIS IS OVER!!!The worst experience of my life!!!No regard for anyone. Strictly care about themselves.

      Allstate is the worst. I got hit by one of their insured and filed a claim 3 times with a representative and they gave me a claim number and said that there was a waiting period for their insured to respond and then they would contact me. So I waited the period plus a week and called cause no one called me and this rep says that my claim number doesn't exist and I had to file another claim and go thru the whole waiting period again. Not to mention ******* was rude and unprofessional on the phone. I had asked for a supervisor and all they did was send me to a different rep that's not a manager. So ridiculous.

      Allstate is the worse insurance company ever. They owe me a $1000 refund check and I have been requesting it since months ago and still haven't received. They are dishonest company. The customer representatives lies to you all the time. Gladly I am not their customer anymore. And their quotes are very expensive. Not worth it. Do not even deserve it one star.

      Had Allstate for a few years for Home and Auto everything was fine. Rates went up as they do so shopped around for a cheaper option. Did all the paper work submitted the Policy Cancellation Notice with both home and auto and the date of the cancellation. 2 months later I look at my bank account and they were still charging me for auto. They said someone messed up and only canceled the Home owners and I had to fight with them to back date the cancellation to the proper date that was written on the signed documents. I still have not received my money back from the 2 months they wrongfully charged me. Then they have the nerve to tell me I owed them 31 more dollars.

      I have been with Allstate for over a year. My daughter got into an accident with another Allstate customer. It was deemed the other drivers fault. We have not heard from Allstate and it has been a month. We called the repair company where our car is and they stated that Allstate declared it a total loss on March 27, 2024. Today is now April 15, 2024 and we have still not heard from Allstate but received a text message from a company stating we have to contact them so they can pick up my car. Ummmm don't you think we should be notified what is going on?

      I had filed a complaint last month about their billing department and all the disorganization which caused my business issues and never got a response. This is me coming back and saying it happened again. My agent calls me and tells me that somehow Allstate audited my company twice and said I was somehow missing 2 months. EVEN THOUGH last month they said the same exact thing, and it turned out they took me off autopay on their own accord and I had to jump through multiple hoops to get all caught up. Because, you know, we all need insurance. So once again, I told my agent Allstate's billing **** are wrong. How am I missing two months when just last month you said I was all caught up. He went back and checked, guess who was wrong? Turns out they didn't do their numbers right. Honestly, who is working in your billing department?! At this point for all my stress dealing with their mess, my company should get a year free of insurance. I am so disappointed in this insurance company.
