    My husband and I stayed here for his birthday upon checking in we was told that we could not smoke inside the room but we were allowed to smoke outside the room. Just make sure the door was closed when we checked into the room. we were there for maybe an hour or two and then we decided that we wanted to smoke so we went outside of the room with our boots, coats and umbrella because it was snowing We stood outside for about 35 minutes and we smoke outside of the room we made sure the door was completely closed , there was an ashtray right there for us to use. One of the workers came , there was an ashtray right there for us to use. One of the workers came out of the employee door and had her smoke break. We spoke to each other out of the employee door. She saw us standing there smoking so the next day when we were checking to make sure we didnt leave anything behind before we checked out I flipped over a pillow and noticed that it was stain very badly with blood and what looked like mold so I took pictures upon checking out I showed the pictures to the lady at the front desk whom instantly caught an attitude and didnt care so I told her I was going to leave a review online. I asked for a receipt for my hundred dollar deposit, she told me that the money will be back in 5 to 7 business days and she wasnt giving me a receipt. I waited the time and I never received my refund for my deposit. I found the street with my car company and my dispute was denied. I called back to the business and I was told That we smoked in the room and we damage the sheets the person you all have cameras you need to look at the video you will see us standing outside smoking. They told me I need to call back to speak with a manager. I have been calling back for over a week and I still have not reached a manager so I messaged them via the Expedia app, stating that they are lying.     I booked the room for my wife and I to stay over night in room 108. The room was infested with ants from the furniture, wall, down to the floor. I checked in for 6 hours and ended up checking out around 10pm the same night due to this incident. I called the management office and the lady was rude, and informed me she did not see any ants; however, I have proof of the infestation in my phone. I do not recommend.
