    On February 1 and March 3, 2024, I have been charged $50.40 automatically every month for an item I did not receive nor authorize. On March 3, 2024, I spoke with your customer service representative, *****, to inquire about this discrepancy. She said the auto payment was for a face mask interface. I received one as part of a previous order last January, invoice number *********, for which I fully paid. However, I did not order a second one and was not authorized to be charged $50.40 monthly for a face mask interface. In addition, your customer service representative was rude and always tried to talk over me. This is an urgent matter, and I request that you disconnect this auto payment immediately. I also request a refund for the two auto monthly payments totaling $100.80 that were charged to my credit card.

    This business sold me a bipap machine, and was supposed to work with my insurance company before billing me. They never did. They asked for my account informatIon to make withdrawals for what I thought was the co-pay. Instead they billed me full rental fees, then the cost of the bipap after I purchased it. I called them, and they said they would cease billing me and start working with the insurance company. Last week, there was a pending withdrawal from my account for about $1,400. They specifically said that they would hold off on more billing, and this $1,400 bill in particular, and start working with my insurance company to stop billing me full price. Nevertheless, the $1,400 withdrawal was pending, so I called my bank and stopped the payment, incurring a $30 stop-payment fee. Then they sent me a threatening email because they said that I owed them the $1,400 after telling me over the phone that this would not be billed to me. I'm ready to file a complaint with the *************************
